Reset Password


When user lost/forgot the account password, a new ticket must opened with following rules:

  1. Open a ticket with the name of the user
  2. While opening the ticket, make sure to use different email (like gmail or hotmail)
  3. Provide mobile number
  4. Ask the direct manager to contact the support team to authorize the request


The other way is having the direct manager open the ticket on user's behalf and fill the same details above.

Once the support team authorize the request, a new password will be generated and sent to the mobile number mentioned in the ticket.
