Remote Support

When a remote access is required by support team member, the user may use one of the following methods:

1. Start Skype for Business (Lync client)

Then start a chat with support agent, and present desktop

2. Download TeamViewer from http://www.rayat.com/downloads/tv10.exe

Start the application as personal user, and select "run only" to avoid installing it

3. Use Microsoft Windows remote help request (not recommended)

And follow the instructions given by support agent
